SheltAir has proposed to redevelop the area on the airport known to us as our Northern Leasehold, and to relocate our FBO operations and construct modern energy efficient facilities in an area on the airport referred to as the Breslau Site. The 41-acre Breslau Site is situated on the south side of the airport near Route 109 and Southern State Parkway.

Our objective is to design and build an aviation facility utilizing environmentally friendly technology and architecture capable of providing efficient utility systems and an aesthetically pleasing facility that will be an enhancement to the community.
